Sports Camp 2012
MAYSVILLE COUNTRY CLUB 2nd ANNUAL SPORTS CAMP 2012
June 12th-15th, Tuesday – Friday, 2012 (Rainout day-Monday, June 18th)
12:30 pm – 3:30 pm
Tennis – Tim Mitchell, USPTA Certified Professional
Golf – Denny Nash, PGA Professional
Swimming Instructor TBA
Ages 6-13 – entering 1st grade to completing 8th grade – Limited to first 45 entrants
Deadline for members – Tuesday, June 5th, 2012 (waiting list will then be notified)
Cost - $50.00 per camper ($60.00 non-members based on space availability)
Priority given to member's children, then family (grandchildren, nieces, nephews, etc.) of members will be placed 1st on waiting list with other non-members to follow.
All entries billed to your MCC Club Account at the time of sign up
Sign up sheets available in the Pro Shop or Clubhouse Office
or from your Tennis or Golf Professional or print your own
